Commentaries of the Kimhis Available During the Reformation

THE FIRST RABBINIC BIBLE

There is an unusual feature of the Psalm Commentaries of David Kimhi. The "anti-Christian polemics" of David Kimhi were deleted from the psalm commentaries where they would have otherwise appeared. I have summarized what was included on the two sides of the special page. I have also attempted to find out which of the 1517 Bomberg Bibles contain the special page.
